Lee Abbey Walk

We wanted a 10,000 step walk without getting in the car and set off through the village of Lynton towards the Valley of the Rocks.


This takes you down to the cricket pitch and pavilion (with parking if you wanted to start the walk from here) in the shadow of the valley of the rocks, and we followed the coast path (acorn) signs west.

After just half a mile or so you enter the Lee Abbey Estate (and Toll Road) and the road/path snakes down passed the main buildings and house towards a secluded beach and cafe.
